2,How do I make a purchase?

When you see an item you want, click on "Add to Shopping Basket" to put it in your Shopping Basket. Then proceed to Checkout. Remember, an item isn't yours until you pay for it at Checkout. Until then, someone else can still buy it.

5,Shipping

How, when, how much and where
We use Parcel Force to ship your parcel. The shipping fee is £6.99 for every order. You can get FREE shipping on orders over £100.
Because all of our shoes are hand-made, it takes 3-4 days to process and ship.
After we ship your order from our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email.
We will send you a final shipping confirmation email after all packages have shipped.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.

6,Returns

Need to return your shoes? Not a problem. Send back any shoes you don't love within 15 days of receipt (see your packing slip for final return date). We will issue a refund, excluding your original shipping and 10% handling charges.
As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please pay you attention that the return shipping is at your expense.
Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Ukchristianlouboutins.co.uk strives to offer you great merchandise up to 70% off everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a pair of different shoes or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
